TVEA LEADERSHIP
Welcome from your President,
The primary purpose of TVEA is to represent our members in employer-employee relations including the areas of wages, benefits, hours, and other contractual areas.
Our Executive Board is an elected twelve member body which coordinates the activities of the association including bargaining and grievance processing. Our Leadership Council is the policy making body of TVEA with elected representatives acting as delegates from the various school sites and employee groups.
We conduct our business through various committees which provide an opportunity for the continuous study of specialty areas including Bargaining, Insurance, Organizing, Grievance, and Fiscal Reports.
TVEA promotes professionalism and ethical conduct amongst our membership. We seek to be an ongoing participant in the Temecula Valley Unified District to provide input into decisions and problem-solve, while building positive relationships with other community partners.
